Centerpark Labs
Centerpark Labs is a refreshed life science hub in the heart of San Diego’s Sorrento Valley, designed to redefine what a science-led workplace can feel like. Positioned as an “entirely new type of workspace,” the campus is built around one central idea: connections—between indoors and outdoors, between tenants, and between work and real life.
The brand needed to capture that shift from traditional, closed-off lab environments to a more open, human, and community-oriented campus. The identity system centers on this connective premise, with visual and verbal elements that highlight movement, flow, and shared energy—supporting Centerpark’s role as a beacon of innovation within an otherwise industrial context. The goal was to create a brand that could speak to both cutting-edge tenants and the broader neighborhood, signaling growth, possibility, and a more livable daily experience.
Across applications, the system extends from core identity and signage to marketing and leasing materials, consistently reinforcing Centerpark Labs as a place where science and community coexist. The result is a flexible brand platform that helps Longfellow Real Estate attract tenants, differentiate the campus within a competitive market, and frame the property as an inviting hub where teams can do their best work and grow over time.
